Food Resources

Testing for COVID-19 ("coronavirus") in Ventura County

At this time, COVID-19 is widespread in our community and testing sites are adapting daily to supply shortages by shifting hours and locations. For this reason, please check https://www.venturacountyrecovers.org/coronavirus-... for the most up-to-date information on where you can get testing before going to a site.

Multiple testing sites are available throughout the county and testing at these sites is free.

Financial Help

  • Rental assistance: https://www.venturacountyrecovers.org/pandemic-ren...
  • Southeast Ventura County YMCA will be distributing funds to individuals and families throughout Ventura County. Register for relief funds through Ventura County Community Foundation's Rapid Response site.
  • Apply for benefits through the California EDD if you have lots hours at work, have been laid off, are taking time off work to care for children because of school closings, or if you or a loved one you care for have or have been exposed to COVID-19 and are in quarantine.
  • Career One Stop provides employment and unemployment resources. Learn more
  • Connect to the Supplemental Nutrition Program (SNAP) if you are experiencing food insecurity through CalFresh. SSI/SSDI recipients may also be eligible. Apply here.

Service Times

SUNDAY WORSHIP SERVICES

  • Holy Eucharist, 8:00 a.m.
    Book of Common Prayer Rite I Service accompanied by organ music
  • Holy Eucharist, 10:15 a.m.
    Book of Common Prayer Rite II Service accompanied by vocal choir and organ music

SUNDAY YOUTH PROGRAMS

  • Youth Group (grades 6-12) meets in Room 8 at 10:15 a.m. for the opportunity to explore the Bible, build their faith and discuss important questions. They join the congregation at the Peace for Eucharist.
  • Pre-K through fifth grade children gather at 10:00 am in the sanctuary for a Children's sermon and a song. The program continues into room 7 where they participate in Children's Chapel, hear a Bible story and enjoy fun and engaging activities related to that story. The children return to the church to join their families at the Peace for Eucharist. Activity bags along with leaflets with activities are located in the narthex to the left as you enter the sanctuary for children to enjoy during the service.
  • Our youngest guests are welcome to attend services or may join Miss Wendy in the Nursery (Room 2) where they will find toys, Bible stories, music and art projects. The Nursery is open from 10:00am to noon.

  • Healing Service, 9 a.m.
    Intimate, Intercessory Prayer Healing Service with Eucharist gathering in the chapel
