FAQs - Updates at St. Paul's due to COVID-19

Due to the new order from the State of California, and in response to the increasing cases in Ventura County, we are moving our operations on campus to remote work.

Q: Will St. Paul's continue to hold services online?

A: Yes, St. Paul's remains open and operating online! We will continue to offer Sunday services and our other online ministries. Please check back for more information about any changes to our Christmas services.

Q: Can I still send in my pledge payment or donation by mail?

A: Yes, we are picking up mail multiple times a week.

Q: Will my donation be counted and deposited as usual?

A: Yes, we have put in place a plan for our contribution stewards and our office team to tally and deposit any checks that arrive, as well as process online donations.

Q: Can I reach someone at the office by calling our main number?

A: No one will be physically in the office to pick up phone calls, but we are checking our voicemail messages on our usual working days of Tuesday - Thursday. If you have an urgent matter, please email us at [email protected], which we are checking multiple times daily.

Q: What if I need the assistance of a clergy member?

A: Rev. Liz Williams is responding to all pastoral emergencies as well as pressing questions or concerns from our parishioners. You can reach her for any urgent matter on her cell phone at 909-835-0302.

Q: Can I drop something off at the office?

A: Please contact us via email if there is something that you need to drop off.

Q: Can I visit the Memorial Garden at St. Paul's?

A: Yes, our Memorial Garden is still open for occasional visitors since it is outdoors. Please wear a mask and remain socially distanced at all times when in the garden. Please be aware of your surroundings while in the garden.

Q: Is La Famiglia Preschool at St. Paul's still operating given the new order?

A: Yes, La Famiglia falls under the essential services/workers as childcare providers/preschool educators and remain in operation at St. Paul's under the strict criteria required for all businesses and organizations of that nature.
